More Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this new image drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing various sections of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
